The mugs offer a new take on the White Castle logo and feature the restaurant’s signature blue and white color scheme. White Castle and Telfar entered a wide-ranging deal in 2017 that saw the fashion house design two new uniforms for the burger chain’s employees, collectible mugs and a streetwear capsule.
A third line of uniforms is set to roll out in 2019. Telfar was the winner of the CFDA / Vogue Fashion Fund 2018, and the man behind the brand, Telfar Clemens, cites his memories of growing up near White Castle in Queens, N.Y. as inspiration for the collab.
