Staci Weiss has been named head of entertainment at The Topps Company, where she will be responsible for strengthening the category for the business.
In the new role, Weiss will work with Topps-owned properties such as Bazooka Joe, Garbage Pail Kids, Wacky Packs, Dinosaur Attacks, Mech Warrior, Shadowrun and Attax.
Weiss was the senior vice president of 19 Television, overseeing reality franchises, including American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance, from production to licensing. She's also worked at Fox.
