The series will launch in June on Italy’s free-to-air channel K2, digital terrestrial and SKY satellite.

“We are really excited to have concluded a deal with BBC Worldwide for ‘Me & My Monsters,’ a story about friendship and family bonds, presenting funny characters and delivering great laughs,” says Guiliano Tranquilli, media programming and content development partner, Switchover Media. “We consider ‘Me & My Monsters’ one of the most important new titles to enter the Italian market in 2012, strengthening the comedy spirit of K2.”

“I am very excited that K2 will be launching this endearing and funny TV series to Italian audiences,” says Francesca Doria, territory manager, Northern Mediterranean, BBC Worldwide. “‘Me & My Monsters’ has found an ideal home with K2, who has proved to have a great understanding of children’s viewing.”
