ITV Studios Global Entertainment has announced the appointment of Natalie Harvey as its new Head of Retail.
In her new role, Harvey will manage relationships with retailers, negotiate direct-to-retail deals and work with children’s properties including Classic Thunderbirds and third party acquisitions such as the game “Cut The Rope” from ZeptoLab. She will also work on exploring new business and licensing opportunities.
Harvey has 15 years experience in the licensed entertainment industry serving as
senior licensing manager at Twentieth Century Fox and as European franchise development director at Hasbro Europe. Transformers, The Simpsons and Barbie are among the many brand franchises that she has managed.
Harvey will report to Trudi Hayward, senior vice president and head of global merchandise, ITV.
“As our third party licensing business expands and our property portfolio grows, it is essential that we have a team with the flexibility and market experience to build on our success,” says Hayward. “With her in-depth understanding of brand building, retail management, sales and negotiation, agent management and relationships, Natalie is the ideal person to help us achieve that.”
