The collection, dubbed A Stitch in Time, takes cues from the government-supported “Make Do and Mend” initiative, which encouraged civilians to become creative in dealing with rationed apparel.
Key details include ration coupons and pattern cutters to communicate the vintage feel.
The deal will also see the release of six calendars including “Churchill’s Quotes,” “Grow Your Own,” “Warbirds,” “Eric Ravilious,” “World War Posters” and “Spitfires.”
