The company's girls' portfolio showed a 3.2 percent increase, and its Disney portfolio was up 17.5 percent year-on-year. The link between movies and magazines is evident with the latest installment to the Cars franchise, Cars 2, having a significant impact on the magazine's distribution with 30.4 percent year-on-year growth.
Yesterday Egmont announced the launch of a magazine based on the online game, "Bin Weevils."
