Shine 360 has announced the promotion of Lori Heiss to brand director and John Gilbert to commercial and business affairs director, reflecting the company’s commitment to expanding its off-air business.
In their new positions, Heiss and Gilbert will work in both global and multi-territory initiatives, as well as supporting local 360 team projects. They will play a key role in driving the management and commercialization of Shine's key properties–namely, MasterChef, The Biggest Loser and One Born Every Minute.

Heiss previously served as global brand manager, a position she has held since 2010, while Gilbert previously acted as commercial director for both Shine TV and Shine 360’s U.K. division.
