Vivid Imaginations showcased its first Moshi Monsters toys. The brand-new line of talking monsters, soft toys and collectable figures arrived in the U.K. last week. “It’s really exciting to see Moshi toys hit shelves,” says Michael Acton Smith, chief executive officer of Mind Candy, which created Moshi Monsters. “Vivid has produced an awesome range that really represents the fun and collectability of the characters. We look forward to seeing the reaction and to rolling out product globally later this year.”
Some of the other new products for the year include a Nintendo DS game from Avanquest, a DVD release from Universal, books from Harper Collins and an outerwear range from Smith & Brooks.
