Target Inks Horrid Henry Deals

Target Entertainment has signed new broadcast deals for Novel Entertainment’s "Horrid Henry." Cartoon Network has picked up the first two series for its Asia Pacific region which includes Australia and New Zealand, China and India; RUV, Ic
