Target Ent. Signs PlayStation Brands

Target Entertainment is expanding PlayStation Intellectual Properties with new deals for Invizimals and EyePet.

For Invizimals, Panini launched a range of products including trading cards, stickers and albums in January. The products are licensed to Panini in Spain and Portugal by Target’s sub-agent BRB Internacional, in Italy by The Licensing Factory and in France by MJA Licensing. Panini recently signed on for the U.K. and the rest of Europe.

Other Invisimals deals include Safta for stationery and back to school, Comansi for mini figurines in Spain and Portugal and Edibas collections for trading card games and figurines in Italy.

Target has also secured a multi-territory plush deal for EyePet with U.K.-based IGS Corporation. The initial lines of plush key chains, beanies, large plush, animated plush and sound-activated plush will roll-out across Europe in October.
