FTD.com, a subsidiary of United Online, is potting a new range of flowers for the Smithsonian.
Smithsonian Flowers by FTD includes potted orchid plants and wrapped floral Tussie Mussie bouquets—all inspired by the Smithsonian horticulture division collections. To start, nine Smithsonian orchid plants and nine Smithsonian Tussie Mussie bouquets are available now at FTD.com.
The Smithsonian's horticulture division, based in Washington, D.C., features more than 8,000 live orchid specimens.
