The Smiley Company has appointed Steven Ballard to head up sales for its fashion division, The Smiley Factory.
The division was created recently to manage the rapid increase in fashion business that The Smiley Company has received over the last year since taking full control of its collections by bringing the design and production in-house.
Ballard has experience in fashion sales and distribution in the U.K. and Europe with brands such as Playboy, Pash and Pucca brands.
