Disguise, the Halloween costume division of Jakks Pacific, has signed an exclusive multi-year deal with Hasbro to produce costumes and accessories based its popular brands. The ranges will be distributed this fall throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The lines will be based on the Transformers 3 film to release in summer 2011, as well as Hasbro TV series “G.I. Joe” and “My Little Pony,” both of which will be airing on The Hub in October.
"As Hasbro continues to re-invent its brands in relevant and contemporary ways we are delivering immersive experiences to consumers around the globe," says Bryony Bouyer, senior vice president of licensing for the Americas, Hasbro. "Disguise has done an outstanding job creating costumes based on many of our iconic properties, allowing fans to become their favorite characters."
