The first-ever Richard Scarry’s Busytown toys are now available at Toys 'R' Us stores across the U.S. The line is also available at FAO Schwarz Fifth Avenue.

Products include the Busytown Deluxe Town Hall play set, which includes figures, roadways, a DVD of the "Busytown Mysteries" TV show and play sets that fit together; as well as play sets, plush, vehicles and figure packs.

Licensed products for the property already available include board games from The Wonder Forge, puzzles from Cardinal Industries, books from Simon & Schuster, cake decorations from DecoPac and junior apparel from Fifth Sun.

"Richard Scarry’s Busytown is a busy, busy brand with a 360 degree program that surrounds parents and their preschoolers at relevant touch points,” says Toper Taylor, president and chief operating

officer at Cookie Jar. “We leveraged the enormous success of the classic Richard Scarry picture books to develop a popular TV series, an award-winning website, an unprecedented partnership with American Automobile Association, a live stage show in development for 2012 and now a very solid licensing program thanks to CPLG, our licensing arm.”
