NORTH AMERICA–The Royal Armouries, in partnership with its global licensing agency Licensing Management International, has appointed The Sharpe Company to serve as its licensing representative in the U.S. and Canada.

The Sharpe Company is on board to assist Licensing Management International in growing the brand in North America.

Under the terms of the representation agreement, The Sharpe Company will continue to extend the Royal Armouries in categories spanning collectibles of all types (including model soldiers, collectible suits of armor and more), publishing, stationery, apparel and action figure play sets.

The Royal Armouries houses a world-class collection of arms and armor at its three locations in Leeds, Fort Nelson and the Tower of London. It is also one of the oldest visitor attractions in the U.K., with objects being arranged for display since the 16th century.

Today, the Royal Armouries’ collection boasts approximately 75,000 items, with highlights including the armors of King Henry VIII, Indian Elephant Armor and the Great Turkish Bombard.
