Big Tent Organizes Japan Relief Effort

Big Tent Entertainment has enlisted the support of its partners to raise funds for the victims of last month’s devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

The company has teamed up with Fifth Sun to create two special designs featuring Domo and jewelry designer Udi Behr’s LOVE + PEACE + HOPE message. The designs will be featured on Domo merchandise with proceeds going to the Japan Society, an American nonprofit organization that will use 100 percent of all funds contributed to directly help victims in Japan.

In addition to Fifth Sun’s participation, Domo partners Concept One, Hot Properties Merchandising, Music Skins, Coveroo, Virtual Greats, WeeMee and Meez have come on board to support the effort. Each company will create special edition Domo products featuring the LOVE + PEACE + HOPE designs.

“We at Big Tent have many friends and colleagues in Japan, and while we are grateful to report they are all safe, we are not able to stand by idly when so much help is needed,” says

Rich Collins, chief executive officer at Big Tent Entertainment. “Japan is Domo’s homeland so we felt it was only natural that he be our ambassador spreading the LOVE + PEACE + HOPE message.”
