

In Australia, Banter Toys has joined a growing list of licensees as the toy distribution partner for Vivid’s products, while Hardie Grant has signed on as publishing partner and Shock Entertainment has taken home entertainment rights.
These signings follow the success of the first season of “Strange Hill High,” which debuted on ABC3 in September.
In the U.K., the new brand already has 12 licensees (in addition to Vivid) that include Fashion U.K. (apparel), Character World (bedding and bedroom accessories), Kinnerton (confectionery), Blueprint (stationery), Danilo (greetings cards and calendars), Cooneen and Misirli (underwear, nightwear and socks), Spearmark (lunchware, drinkware, tableware and lighting), Carlton Books (publishing), Pedigree (annuals), Jumbo (puzzles
FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment is also joining forces with Egmont Publishing in the U.K. to promote Strange Hill High in the pre-teen boys’ title

The show has also been picked up by a number of international broadcasters including Zoom in Israel, K2 and Frisbee in Italy, DR in Denmark, SVT in Sweden and Okto channel in Singapore, and will begin airing throughout 2014.
The second season of the series will air on CBBC U.K. and ABC3 Australia later this year.
