The role will see Kirpal develop and lead MGAE’s brand portfolio. She will be responsible for creating a growth strategy for the company and working with partners to build the brand. The role will report directly to Isaac Larian, chief executive officer, MGAE.
Kirpal is an experienced licensing executive with more than two decades of expertise in the industry. She spent the past 14 years working at Disney, where she drove licensing deals for the entertainment brand.
“MGAE is delivering groundbreaking IP that has essentially shaken up the toy industry and retailer aisles,” says Kirpal. “While only days in my new position, I have already initiated an ‘open for business’ approach that includes collaborating with our existing licensees to deliver smart, creative and original licensing programs. For new licensees, I’m excited to move forward quickly to help further support MGAE’s growth and show ‘what’s next’ for MGAE licensing.”
