German brand management and media company m4e is introducing its new production “Wissper” this week at Brand Licensing Europe. The show will debut on U.K.’s Milkshake! in early 2016.
Also on the m4e roster this year are “Mia and me,” “Tip the Mouse " and the company's new acquisition “Tobot,” currently a top boys' action property in Korea.
