“Elmer the Patchwork Elephant Show” centers on the classic book title by David McKee and tells the story of the elephant who is marked as different because of his sense of humor and patchwork skin.
The live adaptation will take place at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley on Jan. 17 and will make stops at Alban Arena, Norwich Playhouse, Arts Depot in London and other venues through June 2019.
“We are committed to engaging young people in the theater and strongly believe these experiences help to develop a sense of imagination, playfulness and confidence,” says David Hutchinson, chief executive officer, Selladoor Family. “Elmer is a wonderful story with a powerful message which will delight children and families who love the hugely popular series of books.”
