Pon Pon Edizioni and Tween Team Agency have announced a multiyear agreement to publish Nebulous Stars books and magazines in Italy, as well as to create new formats, such as activity books, illustrated books, interactive diaries and more.

“Leader in the segment of children publishing, Pon Pon Edizioni, has proven its expertise in creating engaging content and building strong brand awareness,” says Caroline Trudeau, marketing and publishing director, Tween Team Agency. “Their knowledge of the Italian publishing market combined with their passion for our brand, make them the perfect partner.”

Based on the characters of the lifestyle brand, Nebulous Stars, the books were first launched in Canada by Groupe Homme in 2020. In 2023, a multiyear agreement was signed with Hachette Jeunesse for the French version and Anaya Group for the Spanish version. Pon Pon Edizioni is now Tween Team’s fourth publishing partner.

“Pon Pon is really excited to start this new collaboration with Tween Team,” says Jessica Cireddu, publisher, Pon Pon Edizioni. “When we read the Nebulous Stars novels and saw the amazing and shiny illustrations, it was love at first sight.”

The first books are planned to publish in the fall. Each book, with more than 20 original illustrations, focuses on one Nebulous Stars’ character. The magazine, which will also be released this year, offers creative projects to do at home, new stories featuring the Nebulous Stars characters, advice on managing emotions, games, coloring activities, relaxation exercises and more.
