Tinderbox Mobilizes Digital Deals

MovieStarPlanet, the tween-targeted social network with more than 100 million registered users around the world, has partnered with Fipotex for an apparel range. Fipotex has developed a range of t-shirts featuring MovieStarPlanet characters to be sold in Denmark's Name It stores, as well as online. The clothing deal is also cross-promotional–shoppers receive a code which can be redeemed for virtual goods on the MovieStarPlanet website. The collection will eventually extend to other products, including pajamas, bathing suits, beach towels and bedding items next year.

Additionally, MovieStarPlanet has partnered with Nordic imaging product manufacturer Scandecor to launch a back-to-school collection that includes posters, greeting cards, stationery sets, folders, desk mats, water bottles, lunch boxes, book labels, pencil cases and more. The products

Tinderbox has also negotiated deals for its client Lima Sky, developers of the mobile app "Doodle Jump."

Blues Clothing has been tapped for a range of Doodle Jump-branded children's apparel. The debut collection will include leisurewear. The items will be launched into U.K. general retailers later this year. Other items such as sleepwear and underwear are planned for distribution next year.

Also for Lima Sky, Tinderbox has reached an agreement with Egmont U.K. for the worldwide manufacturing and distribution of Doodle Jump activity and sticker books for print and mobile devices.
