ASIA–In a move to unveil its new Popeye- and Olive Oyl-branded footwear range, Tosmax has launched a new promotional campaign in Japan that will see the Japan Rail Keihin Tohoku railway line completely covered in co-branded print ads, billboards and more.
Copyrights Asia, King Features’ Japanese agent, brokered the deal.
In addition to the print ads throughout the entire train, a video screen in each car features a promotional video highlighting Popeye and Olive Oyl styles together with one of the original live-action Popeye “AniMinute” videos.
Additionally, the Popeye- and Olive Oyl-branded footwear is now available in retail stores throughout Japan as well as online on Amazon Japan and Locondo.jp.
