Little, Brown has also added Littlest Pet Shop to its publishing portfolio as part of the deal.
Traditionally, the publishing programs for both My Little Pony and Transformers have included a wide array of bestselling formats including storybooks, leveled readers and chapter book series for fans of all ages.
The renewed agreement also includes titles that will enhance the brand experience for both My Little Pony and Transformers fans. Future plans include original in-world books and a chapter book series for My Little Pony, set to launch in 2017. Meanwhile, "Transformers: Rescue Bots" will cross into non-fiction by highlighting firefighters and more.
