Smith & Brooks is planning a new range of apparel and Portico has signed on for greetings cards, gift wrap and tags.
"Plants vs. Zombies is rapidly becoming an iconic brand," says Rob Corney, managing director, Bulldog. "The imagery is instantly recognizable, and with strong characterization, cross-category scalability and a huge consumer reach, this is an ideal brand for the licensing market. We’re already seeing strong sell-through across a number of product lines, so we are expecting these new products to perform very well at retail."
The new partners to join existing PvZ licensees include K'Nex for construction toys, Character Options for plush and toys, Penguin for publishing, Titan for magazines, Magic Box for sticker books, Character World for homewares, A4T for digital peripherals, Cooneen for nightwear and underwear and GB Eye for posters.
