In her new role, Marchand will help grow and implement the company’s global consumer products’ strategies to benefit revenue growth and brand building.
Before joining Xilam, Marchand was in charge of global licensing acquisitions for Brand Loyalty. Prior to that she created the international consumer products and marketing division at Studio 100 and was responsible for the international success of “Maya the Bee.” Marchand started her career as head of consumer products at Nelvana.
