Cosmetics retailer Ulta Beauty has promoted Kecia Steelman, Monica Arnaudo, Shelley Haus and Prama Bhatt to executive positions within the company.
The deal comes as part of a strategic reshuffling within the executive team that is part of an overall long-term growth plan. Ulta’s promotions are highlighted by moves for:
- Steelman to serve in an expanded role, taking on responsibility for Ulta international growth, as Chief Store Operations Officer & President, International;
- Arnaudo to serve as Chief Merchandising Officer who will lead merchandising and assortment strategy;
- Haus to Chief Marketing Officer where she will lead all brand building and consumer initiatives; and
- Bhatt to Chief Digital Officer where they will oversee digital, including digital innovation, and e-commerce.
