Condé Nast has appointed Iconix and Trump Organization veteran Cathy Hoffman Glosser as senior vice president of licensing.

In her new role, Glosser will develop and implement long-term product and content licensing strategies for the publishing brand, as well as create new and enhanced revenue streams to extend the iconic portfolio of Condé Nast brands.

Glosser was most recently senior vice president of business development for Iconix Brand Group, where she worked in the entertainment division. Previously, she served as executive vice president of global licensing at The Trump Organization where she created and managed the Trump product licensing program for more than 10 years. Previously, Glosser also worked as a licensing consultant at The New York Times and has also held licensing positions at Marvel Entertainment and Saban.

“Our consumers continue to seek out new and exciting ways to experience the Condé Nast brands they are passionate about,” says Jill Bright, chief administrative officer, Condé Nast, to whom Glosser will report. “Cathy has spent her career bringing high-quality products to market. She will be a tremendous asset as we grow this business segment.”
