More than 17 companies representing the largest gaming brands in the world will converge at the Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas June 14-16, announced show director Liz Crawford.
Exhibitors will include Activision, Electronic Arts, Capcom, Konami, Sega, Ubisoft, Sony, Zynga and agents representing Angry Birds.
In addition, some of the largest interactive companies in the world have signed on to exhibit, including Giant Interactive, Tencent Technology, Shanda, Perfect World, HaiKou, Dynamic/DovoGame, SuZhou, Shanda Games, NetDragon and Websoft.
“The major developers are realizing the importance of licensing and brand extensions as a way to raise revenue and increase affinity for their core games,” says Crawford. “Because the show attracts the key licensees, manufacturers, retailers and other licensors, the interactive companies will be able to meet with important customers and secure deals for well into the future. These gaming companies represent the best of the best.”
