As Tommy Bahama celebrated three decades of island life in 2023, Doug Wood, chief executive officer, and Chrisann Furciato, executive vice president, DTG, licensing and home, explored how the company went from silk shirts to a global lifestyle brand.

Christine Cool, who at the time was global licensing manager, Perfetti van Melle Group, explored the history of the Chupa Chups brand and her journey in licensing.
