Brand Licensing Europe 2019 Response to Elizabeth Line Delay

Brand Licensing Europe 2019 Response to Elizabeth Line Delay

Both UBM and LIMA were disappointed to hear the news from Transport for London (TFL)  that the opening of the Elizabeth Line is now scheduled for Autumn 2019.

We are working directly with ExCeL to gain more specific information including pressing TfL for a more concrete dateline for the opening.

Regardless of this, we are still very much committed to BLE moving to ExCeL in 2019 (1-3 October). ExCeL remains the best choice for BLE and will absolutely serve the current and future needs of our exhibitors and attendees in terms of accessibility, flexibility of event space and onsite amenities. It is already an extremely well connected venue welcoming tens of thousands of attendees every week to some of Europe’s most successful events. There are two onsite DLR stations, excellent road links and London City Airport on the doorstep. It is also easily connected to and from Central London, all UK mainline stations and Heathrow and Gatwick Airport. For more information on travel please click here:

We will be publishing information on the many recommended hotels within walking distance of ExCeL in the immediate future as well as information on venue car parking.

Please do get in touch with the team for more information or come and visit the BLE sales office (stand F110) at this year’s show where you can hear about more specific plans and announcements for BLE 2019 including the redesigned floorplan, travel and accommodation information, social and after hours options and exciting news about what to expect within the show itself.
