Ink, global representative for the game app “Subway Surfers,” has signed the first licensing deals for the brand in apparel, nightwear and arcade games.

Isaac Morris has signed on for junior’s apparel (U.S. and Canada), AME for junior’s nightwear (U.S.) and Coastal Amusements for coin-operated arcade games (worldwide).

“It is very exciting to be announcing the first deals in the Subway Surfers program, and these will be the first of many for what is one of the hottest digital brands on the market,” says Claus Tømming, director, Ink.

The 3D app game, which launched last year, puts the player in the role of young graffiti artists as they evade a railway security guard and his dog. Throughout 2013, the game is launching different versions featuring cities from around the world including New York City, Rio, Rome and Sydney.

Ink has appointed a series of sub-agents for the brand worldwide including Firefly Brand Management in the U.S., License Connection in Benelux, Segal Licensing in Canada and Active Merchandising in Germany. Ink represents the brand across the Nordics, Eastern Europe and Russia and talks are currently underway with potential sub-agents in Oceania, Asia, South America and India.
