Studio 100 International and its licensing agent, Merchantwise, have appointed Headstart International as master toy licensee for the 80-year-old Blinky Bill brand.

Headstart will produce a range of Blinky Bill products for children including plush, figurines, play sets and bath toys that will launch in conjunction with the upcoming Blinky Bill feature film.

The Headstart line will initially be released in Australia and New Zealand, where the brand has 80 percent recognition, and will roll out worldwide at a later date.
