Viacom International has debuted its first mobile streaming app featuring long-form content on Virgin Media in the U.K.

The new app, named “Nick Play,” allows Virgin Media customers to unlock and watch a wide selection of Nickelodeon content consisting of full-length episodes and short-form content including “The Thundermans,” “SpongeBob SquarePants” and more.

“We’re excited to be providing Virgin Media customers with full access to the ‘Nick Play’ app in the U.K. as part of a continued expansion of our branded apps strategy,” says Arran Tindall, senior vice president, commercial and content distribution, Viacom. “The ‘Nick Play’ app will give Virgin Media customers greater choice and control over what, when and where they experience their favorite Nickelodeon content.”
