EUROPE–Xilam has appointed three new executives to further accommodate its robust business expansion, with the goal of delivering more than 100 half-hour shows by 2020.

First, Dorothée Lanchier has been appointed to serve as the company’s chief operating officer. In her new position, Lanchier will run all of production, including overseeing all production processes, as well as the workload schedule of the various production units. Previously, Lanchier worked at companies such as Moonscop and, more recently, Ellipsanime.

Meanwhile, Camille Wiplier has been promoted to serve as deputy chief operating officer. Previously, Wiplier was head of Xilam Studios.

Finally, Marie-Laurence Turpin has been promoted to serve as head of development and talent management. In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategic duty of research and internal/external talent management.

“Our Group is moving forward with its transformation: these promotions are part and parcel of our expansion, while drawing whenever possible on the group's internal resources,” Marc du Pontavice, chief executive officer, Xilam. “Especially those that have contributed to our success thus far. Furthermore, I would like to personally outline the unique career paths forged by those three women at the company, entrusted with the highest duties.”
