Through the agreement, Kirkendoll will now handle the operations, technology and marketing for all licenses of The Penthouse Club. It will also manage and market all future venues as well as develop a separate global licensing business unit, which will handle the company’s future endeavors.
Furthermore, Kirkendoll is preparing for a rapid expansion both nationally and internationally with The Penthouse Club brand and its restaurant division. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"Kirkendoll's core value system revolves around a quality customer experience that is committed to excellence, and now we can translate this across the world,” says John Kirkendoll, founder and chief executive officer, Kirkendoll Management. “The Penthouse Club is about to enter an unprecedented period of growth, and we will be the driving force behind it."
