Kirkendoll Secures Penthouse Club Rights

Gentlemen’s clubs will add a separate global licensing unit to handle its future endeavors.

New Orleans-based Kirkendoll Management has purchased the licensing rights to all 12 The Penthouse Club locations across the globe.

Through the agreement, Kirkendoll will now handle the operations, technology and marketing for all licenses of The Penthouse Club. It will also manage and market all future venues as well as develop a separate global licensing business unit, which will handle the company’s future endeavors.

Furthermore, Kirkendoll is preparing for a rapid expansion both nationally and internationally with The Penthouse Club brand and its restaurant division. Additional terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Penthouse Club is a series of gentlemen’s clubs that currently licenses operations in the U.S., France, Russia, Australia and New Zealand. Several club locations also feature full steakhouse dining options.
