Artist Ragnar Gets Lamps Plus Deal

Ragnar has signed a deal with Lamps Plus for a line of art shades, in a partnership negotiated by the Carmella Johns licensing agency.

Reproductions of Ragnar’s Retro Modern pattern designs will be produced onto art shades for table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling lights, lighting pendants and wall lights.

The first new pattern designs by Ragnar for Lamps Plus will be released later this year.

“We are thrilled to be working with Ragnar to feature several of his existing and unique pattern art designs on our art shades. Since our first meeting with him we have been consistently impressed with his creativity and artistic vision,” says Dennis Swanson, owner and chief executive officer, Lamps Plus.

Ragnar’s art is inspired by film noir, classic cartoons, mid century-design and punk rock.
