Rayson is leaving the company after 13 years to explore new ventures, with the company in a strong position following last year's sale to Metrodome Group. She has worked closely with Metrodome’s chairman and chief executive officer Mark Webster to bring in Namiech.

Namiech joins Target in November. Most recently, she was senior vice president of global content at Fremantle Media Enterprises.
