Rive Gauche Television has expanded the role of Gary MacKinney, vice president of sales and distribution, to include assignments in key international territories.

MacKinney will handle sales in Western Europe, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada and Africa. He joined Rive Gauche in 2007 from the World Poker Tour, where he was the head of sales and distribution.

Rive Gauche distributes such series as "Operation Repo," "Whacked Out Sports," "Scare Tactics" and "The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan."
