IDW Publishing will launch a second ongoing comic series based on Nickelodeon’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

The series, “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Universe,” will spotlight characters and storylines that are pivotal to the IDW “TMNT” universe. It will also center on a new foe to the Heroes in a Half Shell–the U.S. government.

The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Universe” comic series will be available in August.
