Hearst Publications is expanding the automotive accessories program for its Car and Driver magazine with the addition of pet travel accessories.

The Joester Loria Group brokered the deal on behalf of Hearst.

Argento will build on its existing line of Car and Driver-branded car care accessories with a range of pet products designed specifically for automotive use. Among the planned offerings will be safety restraints, booster seats, portable steps, and barriers.

Argento's core Car and Driver car care accessories range launched at multiple retailers across the U.S. in 2013 and now includes expanded offerings such as automotive cleaning supplies and garage organization items.
