Funko and Paramount are releasing “Avatar” Legends Digital Pop!, a series of NFTs based on characters in Paramount Global’s “Avatar” universe, including Kuruk, Painted Lady, Fire Nation Aang and more on Aug. 9. 

The Funko “Avatar” Legends Digital Pop! NFT digital collectibles featuring Funko's stylized figures will be available in standard packs and premium packs, with both limited to 31,250 packs available each for a total of 625,000 NFTs. Each pack of Digital Pop! gives a chance to reveal one of the rare Funko Digital Pop! when opened, which can then be redeemed for a free, limited-edition, physical vinyl collectible. Funko Digital Pop! will be available to purchase through the Droppp.io platform. 

“Avatar” Legends is a franchise label centered on the universe first introduced by Nickelodeon’s “Avatar: The Last Airbender” and “The Legend of Korra.” The new label encompasses all existing and future animated series, movies, shorts, video games, books, consumer products and events that span the entire “Avatar” universe.  

The collection will launch at 11 a.m. on Aug. 9.
