According to a blog post from Thomas Smith, editorial content director, Disney Parks, the new land would be the second major expansion since the site opened in 2016.

The park’s eighth themed land would celebrate the 2016 feature film through a new attraction that uses Disney storytelling technology to bring Zootopia’s characters to life.

Themed beverages, food and entertainment merchandise will support the immersive experience. Construction is reportedly set to begin later this year.
