The acquisition will see the creation of Bleacher Creatures plush figures, mystery clips and wham blox.

NORTH AMERICA–Uncanny Brands, formerly known as Pangea Brands, has acquired the plush character company Bleacher Creatures as well as launched a new division, called Phenom Gallery.

Through the acquisition, Uncanny Brands will take over the Bleacher Creatures name, brands and product-related IP, as well as select assets from the “Assignee Company” administering the transaction. In addition, the lineup of products will continue to include Bleacher Creatures plush figures, mystery clips and wham blox.

Meanwhile, Uncanny Brands’ new division, Phenom Gallery, will be responsible for creating collectible screen prints by well-known artists in the pop culture field. The limited edition, signed graphics will be available in a variety of subjects, including sports and entertainment events.
