Randa Accessories, a global men’s accessories brand, has made an offer to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Perry Ellis.

We believe we can continue and grow the relationships with Perry Ellis’ inbound licensors for the benefit of all stakeholders in those relationships.”

The proposal follows the previously announced merger between Perry Ellis and a new group controlled by its founder and director, George Feldenkreis.
