The acquisition is the company’s first deal in the U.S. and will extend Chargeurs’ global presence into new performance wear categories including outerwear, performance apparel, athleisure and intimate apparel.
The company has named CFT’s managing director and president Angela Chan to supervise the organization’s worldview expansion; as well as current PCC chief executive officer Scott Tesser to join CFT as chief sales officer.
Chargeurs Fashion Technology’s client list includes Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Uniqlo and more.
