FEA Merchandising and rocker Eddie Van Halen have released EVH Brand Signature Striped Sneakers, inspired by his on-stage red, white and black-striped Frankenstein guitar-styled sneakers.

The classic canvas-styled sneaker line, available now at department, specialty stores and at EVHGear.com, features three styles: a red Frankenstein theme, white-and-black-striped style, as well as black-and-yellow-striped. All styles are available in high-and-low top variations.

"So many people would ask me, where can I get a pair of those?" says Van Halen. "After hearing that for about 15 years, I figured they were something that people obviously wanted, so making them available and official seemed like a natural progression."

The sneakers join Van Halen's line of EVH Gear, which also includes Wolfgang guitars, 5150 amplifiers and accessories.
