Nickelodeon has promoted two members of its consumer products retail development team–Tara Gartman Shaw and Alana Visco–to vice president positions.

In her new role as vice president of retail development for Walmart, Gartman Shaw will assume responsibility for the seasonal publishing, social and soft lines businesses for the account. She has been with Nickelodeon for 10 years and has made significant contributions to the company’s year-over-year growth at Walmart in soft line.

As vice president of retail development for specialty and value channels, Visco will now take on the management of publishing and arts and crafts retail accounts, as well as continue to oversee emerging channels for Nickelodeon retail–including specialty accounts such as Hot Topic, Forever 21, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Urban Outfitters, as well as value accounts such as Dollar General, Family Dollar and Five Below. Visco has also worked in the company’s toy development team during her 11-year career.
