Brand Loyalty has appointed Marie-Laure Marchand to the newly created position of licensing director where she will lead the worldwide licensing activities of the company's Instant Loyalty Promotion department.

Marchand will lead the growth of ILP licensing activities on a global basis and will be in charge of the development of its entertainment portfolio.

She joins the company from Studio 100, where she headed the international consumer products and marketing activities. She also held several roles in the kids' entertainment industry during the past 20 years including vice president of EMEA consumer products at Nelvana and managing director at Big Bocca, a subsidiary of Upper Deck Group.

“It is great to have somebody like Marie-Laure in our team helping to realize our ambition for worldwide growth," says Jan Willem Brüggenwirth, Director, ILP, to whom Marchand will report. "We want to see smiles on children’s faces participating in our promotions and Marie-Laure is going to become a great help for that.”
