

Marchand will lead the growth of ILP licensing activities on a global basis and will be in charge of the development of its entertainment portfolio.
She joins the company from Studio 100, where she headed the international consumer products and marketing activities. She also held several roles in the kids' entertainment industry during the past 20 years including vice president of EMEA consumer products at Nelvana and managing director at Big Bocca, a subsidiary of Upper Deck Group.
