FBF Originals, a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of licensed and novelty socks, has named three new members to its front-office management team.

Dawne Davis is FBF’s new director of human resources. She is a certified senior professional in human resources with a strong background in employee relations, labor and employment law and litigation and legal compliance. She holds degrees in management and paralegal studies and was previously at Republic Airline, Eli Lilly and Company and Ice Miller.

Jon Glesing joins FBF as director of marketing and communications. He was Hat World’s first marketing director, where he worked for 12 years and started the company’s communications department. More recently, Glesing has held marketing, communications and public relations director roles with the Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Indians and Teachers Credit Union.

Dave Helmkamp is FBF’s new director of retail. He spent more than 20 years at Hat World, also known as LIDS Sports Group. His roles there included store manager, district sales manager, senior buyer and Lids.com merchandise coordinator. His recognitions include store manager of the year and employee of the year.
